Liskeard Community Strategic Plan 2008
The Liskeard Community Strategic Plan was drawn up under the direction of a Steering Committee of Liskeard Town Forum in 2008. It was conceived as 25 year plan for the town, based on an extensive community questionnaire and enthusiastic work by six volunteer groups tackling the various topics. and in many ways pioneered the approach now taken in the statutory Neighbourhood Planning provisions set up under the Localism act.
