Cornwall Local Plan Now Adopted by Cornwall Council

The Cornwall Local Plan has now been formally adopted by Cornwall Council. Liskeard Conservation Area Appraisal published.

A conservation area appraisal of Liskeard's Conservation Area was published last December. Its purpose is to clearly define the special interest, character and appearance of the conservation area. The appraisal should then guide us in the creation of our Neighbourhood Plan, inform development control decisions and policies and act as a foundation for further work on design guidance and enhancement schemes. New open spaces policy adopted by Town Council

Following the assessment of a recently conducted open spaces audit, Liskeard Town Council met on Tuesday 21st January 2014 and adopted ' A Future Policy for Open Spaces around Liskeard'.
