At a meeting of Liskeard Town Council on Tuesday 18th March “the council resolved that the Neighbourhood Plan should include site allocations as an integral part of the Neighbourhood Plan”. Liskeard Town Council has decided that it wants to create the first Liskeard Neighbourhood Plan, and has applied to Cornwall Council to designate the parish of Liskeard as a Neighbourhood Area, in accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012. If this designation is made no alternative plan may be designated for that Neighbourhood Area until that designation expires or is withdrawn.
