Pickles intervention defends a Neighbourhood Plan
The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, Eric Pickles, has stepped in to overrule a Planning Inspector who had ruled in favour of a housing developer, because the decision would have been contrary to a Neighbourhood Plan. St Eval first Cornish Neighbourhood Plan to succeed at referendum.

Liskeard Neighbourhood Plan gets Grant Aid
