Caradon Local Plan 1st Alteration 2007

The original Caradon Local Plan, which included general policy for the Liskeard area, and a separate Liskeard Statement, was adopted in August 1999. An immediate review commenced, leading to the publication of a draft review in 2003. This was subjected to a Public Inquiry in 2006/7 and finally adopted in 2007. How far back should you go?

When preparing the evidence base for the Neighbourhood Plan, consideration has to be given as to how far back in time to go in reviewing existing documents and plans. Clearly the recent Town Framework of 2012 and the Town Forum's Community Strategy of 2008 are relevant, and so is the Caradon Local Plan 1st Review of 2007. Cornwall Rural Community Council/ACRE Stats Analysis for Liskeard Parish
